Moderate Workout Better

People who regularly work out at moderate intensity are more likely to stick with their exercise routines than those who work out at high intensity, say researchers at the University of Florida in Gainesville. A high-intensity workout may seem like drudgery to some people, and that decreases their motivation to continue. Whatever your workout level, be sure to check with your doctor before beginning a new fitness routine.
