A Journal Promotes Sleep

Try beating insomnia by keeping a notebook near your bed, says the Better Sleep Council. Before going to sleep, write down your worries, the tasks you must complete the next day and anything else in your thoughts. Doing this will help you forget about your concerns until the morning, which should help you sleep better.
