Use Racquetball Goggles for Safety

Protect your eyes when playing racquetball. The ball often reaches speeds in excess of 100 mph, which is enough force to cause serious eye damage. Such an impact can cause the eyeball to bleed, be pushed into the socket or rupture, say experts at Baylor College of Medicine. Wear goggles designed for racquetball players. They should be made of impact-resistant polycarbonate.
